Rates include:

  • Use of bed and bath linen, kitchen towels

  • Use of electricity and water

  • Heated swimming pool (July and August)

  • Tv and internet/wifi

Rates exclude:

  • Final cleaning incl. washing of linen after rental period (€ 140, mandatory)

  • Each extra week: change of all used linen and a small cleaning of the bathrooms (€ 60)

  • Baby bed, bath and chair (€10)

  • Deposit (€ 350 per rental period)

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Heated swimming pool other periods: upon request and only if temperature is favourable. Please check when booking. With extra fee.

  • Late check-in (after 9 p.m.): €30

Booking procedure and conditions:

  • To check the availability of the villa, please contact us via the contact page, via e-mail (casaoleandros.pt@gmail. com) or you can send us a message via our Facebook page. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

  • After confirmation of your choice, we option your choice for 7 days, to enable you to check flights and rental cars.

  • We will send you a contract for the confirmation of your reservation.

  • An advance of 50% has to be paid within one week upon receipt of the contract.

  • The balance and the deposit have to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your stay.

  • We consider your reservation as final upon receipt of your advance payment and upon reception of the completed and signed contract from your side. You will receive a confirmation of this per e-mail.

  • In case we don't receive your advance payment in time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation.

  • We will return the deposit at the latest 14 days upon the end of your stay in case no damage has been reported.
