The villa has got a spacious living room with a smart TV, satellite TV, internet/wifi and a DVD-player. At the large dining table there is enough space for 8 people. A baby chair is available.
The whole house is equipped with air-conditoning, serving as heating during the colder periods.

During the hot days, you can cool off in the swimming pool. If you don't like swimming in the cool Ocean water, the heated swimming pool is your place to be. You can relax on the sunny terrace around the pool or enjoy reading a good book.

The villa is built on a plot of more than 16 acres. The house has got a garage and a large driveway.
The lawn behind the swimming pool is the ideal place for children to play. At the back of the garden fruit trees are growing. As a guest you can pick the fruit while it is ripe.
Sporty types can also play table tennis.

There are 3 bedrooms, all beds with comfortable matresses, duvets and built-in wardrobes.
The 2 bathrooms have got a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
